Abstract

investigating the correlation between at aims This study unrealistic thinking with depression and Anxiety,and some other variables such as age, social status ,and educational level among traditional healers visitors’ in Khartoum state. khartoum state ,at some traditional in out carried study The healers centres . The sample of the study comprises (99) subjects ( 35 male-64 female) they were selected by applaying stratified random sampling method . The tooles of data collection consist of the following : 1. Bibliography data form. 2. unrealistic thinking Questionaire. 3. Clinical scale of depression & Anxiety. Statistical Package for social Sciences the The data manipulated by (SPSS) applying the following tests: 1. Chi square test. 2. Spearman correlation coefficient. 3. Pearson correlation coefficient. 4. Alpha Kornpakh Equation. The most important result of the study are as follows: 1. The percentage of realistic thinking is statistically greater than unrealistic thinking among tradtional healers’ visitor. 2. there is no a significants correlation between unrealistic thinking with,sex, social status and depression among tradtional healers’ visitor 3. there a significants negative correlation between unrealistic with, educational level among tradtional healers’ thinking visitor. 4. there a significants positive correlation between unrealistic thinking with, Somerecommendations and Anxiety among tradtional healers’ visitor. suggestion for further studies and appendices were cited at the end of this thesis.
