To reverse such a deterioration, the study present some recommendation, such as follows : Promotion of key services, in the area, and improving their infrastructures. The area must be economically and socially developed through coordination and cooperation between the government and KSC. Employment opportunities must be provided for the people in the scheme area. In addition new schemes must be established for more jobs in order to compensate people for the loss of their land. There must be as sort of integration between KSC and other sugar companies.
