Abstract: Omer Ibn Abe Rabeia was one significant emotional poets in the first of the Hegira century, descended from one great Quareishi families and contain porarized eight Khalifas of bin Omyya. Born on the day of Omer Ibn AlKhatab assassination. He was one of the head emotional paladins Jameel Bin Mo’amar contemporaneous. He was a conversant, skilful with authoritative innovator which enabled him to go in the agnomen of emotional poets’ master head of his era. He died in the 93rd of the Hegira. In the research I expose the life of Higaz society in the first century of the Hegira which is reflected in Omer Ibn Abe Rabeia poems. In addition, to offering to view the image of women in Al Higaz and stating the effects of opulence on the life in Higaz. In addition to a touch on the lyrical upswing and its effects in Omer’s poems and the role of the telltales the censurers, the pilgrimage, massages and messengers, bride, and religious up-rise and some public believes, condolences, factors and their reflection on poetry of that era. In fact, Omer’s poems represent a valuable reflection to these phenomena as it portrayed that period as if it was done to do so. Omer’s glory and richness helped him to present an accurate description to the prosperous society of Higaz. Especially he witnessed the calamities and catastrophes befell on Higazi people and caused them a deep sorrow. Moreover, Omer Ibn Abe Rabeia was not a cymbal so his poetry reflects the serious life of the environment around him. This research consist of five chapters, each one contains many themes: Chapter One: divided into four themes all deal with the political, economical, social, ideological and literary life.
