The study also deals with the land ownership in the Islamic era and the policy of Prophet Muhammad and Orthodox caliphs concerning the land in the occupied territories. I talk about the ownership of Alswad land during the orthodox caliphs period and the effect of the invasion of Alswad land on both system and kinds of land ownership. Moreover we talk about the reclamation of Albataeh land area and the phenomenon of the purchasing taxable lands. We also talk about economic phenomena such as (Alelja'a Aleigar, Algobalah, Alto'ma and Altasweeg) which arose in the Amawi era.
