Title: التوافق النفسي والإجتماعي لدى مرضى الإيدز والمصابين به بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract: This study aimed to discover the rate of Psychological and Social Adjustment among patients and who were infected by HIV virus and amid also to finding the different in psychological and social adjustment according gender (male, femal), age/ educational level, social status, residence in centre or moraine of the town and way of infection in treatment-centers for AIDS patients & who were infected by HIV virus in Khartoum state and Association of who were living with AIDS disease. The study used the descriptive methodology and researcher chose the sample by random-simple way, the size of sample was (100) from patients and who were infected by HIV virus. The tools of study is primer date-questionnaire and measure Psychological and social adjustment for Hium ball, which consist of (48) phrases, and its stability's degree by the way of alpha-Krombakh is (0.88), and self honesty is (0.94). then researcher used "a statistical package different tests (SPSS) such as one sample (T) test, for one group, and (T) test for two group. The results illustrate that, highly decreasing in Psychological and social adjustment among patients and who were infected by HIV virus in the centers of AIDS's patients in Association of who living with AIDS in Khartoum state, (A= 0.00) and finding that, there is no statistical – indicate difference in the rate of psychological and social adjustment among patients and who were infected by HIV virus in Khartoum state and changes of, age, gender, social status, educational level, residence in down town or in it's margins, and way, of infection. According to this results, the study finding some significant recommendations, in above of all the necessity of increasing the number of diagnose & counseling centers, and the number of out of the disease, and maximizing the range of counseling and enlightening that groups may have high ability to infecting by this dangerous disease.
