Title: إستراتيجيات تدريس محور الإنسان والكون بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي

Abstract: The target of this research focused on: 1. Finding out some strategies which can be used by teachers of who are teaching the subject of the man being and onirerce. 2. Sorting out problems that confront teachers of this subject to students of the basic level. 3. Formulating adequate solutions to problems facing teachers using these strategies in teaching the core of man and the universe. The researcher adopted the descriptive/analytic method to deal with a random sample of 50 male and female teachers of man and universe course on Khartoum North Locality. She used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection and analysis, namely: person's factor, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and equation (c) test for a single sample average and equation (c) test for a double independent sample. The researcher came out with several findings; the most prominent of them are as follows: 1. Teachers of man and the universe core in the basic level, use some modern strategies but in variable degrees. 2. Some problems face teachers using these strategies, including: * Inadequate qualifications and lack of training. * Lack of adequate educational facilities. * Incompatibility of the course's contents with the students/ level of mental growth. * Lack of laboratories in many schools in the basic level. 3. A number of solutions are available to help terminate these problems, including: ز a) The content of man and the universe core should cater for individual differences among the pupils. b) Libraries containing books and references in the field of man and the universe should be available. c) More weight should be offered to academic journies and visits to historic sites relevant to the subject. d) Attention should be called to the numbers of the students and their distribution in the class-room. 4. Teachers of the subject in the basic level do not give significant emphasis to the direct method of education and that reveals their awareness of the inconvenience of such strategies. Some recommendations of the research: 1. The necessity of adequate and continuous training processes for the teachers to qualify them with the know-how of using the strategies of teaching man and the universe core. 2. The necessity of providing all adequate man and the universe teaching facilities. 3. The necessity of giving more emphasis to the class and school environment. 4. The necessity of providing scientific libraries containing books and references on man and the universe core
