Title: واقع تكنولوجيا التعليم فى تصميم بكلاريوس التربية للتعليم الأساسى بكليات التربية بالجامعات السودانية

Abstract: This research basically aimed at identifying the reality of Instructional Technology in designing the Bachelor Degree of Education, for the Basic Education Level at the Faculties of Education in the Sudanese Universities. It aimed to identify the view of the academic staff, at these faculties and the attitudes of the students as well. In addition, it aimed at knowing the views of the specialists in instructional technology in designing these Degree courses.The researcher adopted the descriptive method, and to collect the data, two questionnaires were designed and distributed; the first for identifying the views of the academic staff; and the second was for identifying the attitudes of the students towards the use of instructional technology in designing the Bachelor Degree of Education for the Basic Education Stage. The researcher also used the interview to collect the opinions of specialists in instructional Technology regarding the same issue. The two questionnaires were distributed to a sample of (126) of the academic staff out of the total population (288) and (423) bachelor degree students out of the total population (1968).The obtained data were analyzed through the statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS) program, the Sign-Test, the T-test, ANOVA and Pearsonn-spearman correlation coefficient for data analysis. Having finished analyzing the data, the researcher reached a number of findings, the most important ones are: 1-There are negative view-points among the Academic Staff of the Faculties of Education, towards Instructional Technology, in the designing of the Bachelor Degree, for the Basic level, at the Faculties of Education, in the Sudanese Universities. 2-There are differences of statistical significance, in the responses of the staff of the faculties of Education, which are due to the variable of (gender, Academic Specialization and University). 3-The student’s motivation and attitudes toward the use of Instructional technology, at the Faculties of Education, in Sudanese Universities, are positive. 4-There are differences of statistical significance, in the attitudes of the students of the Bachelor Degree in Education, for Basic Education, which were due to the variables of (level-the university and the teaching experience) vis-à-vis the use of Educational Technology, in the design of the Bachelor of Education Degree, for Basic Education. The researcher, then, proposed several recommendations such as: 1-Conducting training programs for the academic staff of the Faculties of Education, which aim at enabling them to use instructional technology, in the designing of Bachelor degree, for Basic Education; and benefiting from the experiences of the local, regional and International institutions and organizations experiences? These have pioneering expertise in this field. 2-There is a necessity for applying and the activating quality and control system, in the Sudanese Faculties of Education, through establishing independent organizational units in these faculties that its basic role is to set clear standards and indicators for the evaluation of the quality of education in these programs. There is also a need for more complementary studies in the same field.
