Abstract: Importance of study emerges from importance of grammar due to the fact that Arabic grammar is supreme science because Islamic Shariah provisions, Holy Quran interpretation, Speech of prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and eloquent poetries. It is not an accident that I have chosen such topic to be studied and discussed but I intended to carry out it because (Al-Lawh) is linguistic text representing the language in its highest standards as well as its correctness conditions completely were satisfied in term of rhythm. This study aims to authenticate some of grammatical rules relevant to verbs that are empirically applied through the Quranic method . Elso to identify verbs in more detailed way as verbs are the main elements in grammar. The descriptive analytical empirical methodology were all adopted in this study. The first chapter discusses the verb limit; clarifying verb’s denotation according to view of ancient Grammaticalists, late scholars and linguists. In the second chapter, the study highlights verb’s divisions through four sections; the first section focus on the conjugated modal verbs including verb to be (The verb kāna and related verbs), “it is not” (The Verb léisa) and “except, save” (The Verb ma āda), “as long as you are” or “to last” (The Verb ma dām) and the verbs of approximation, except the verb “he approached”. The study sheds light on the intrinsic, meaning and rules of these verbs. The second section of this chapter puts emphasis on the conjugated prefect verbs, which are divided into three parts; transitive verbs, intransitive verbs and linking or copulative verbs. Each of them has been defined indicating to standards distinguish the transitive or intransitive verb as well as their detailed functions and rules. The third section clarifies the non-action modal verbs, which are “léisa, dām one of kāna and its sisters or related verbs, karuba one of approximating verbs, wishing verbs and starting verbs; explaining the meaning and function of each verb with comprehensive illustration for their rules. While the fourth section illuminates the non-action perfect verbs, which are divided also into three types: the first is the non-action past verbs:(mad; praise') or ('dhamm 'dispraise') verbs, interjection verbs and exception verbs. The second is the non-action imperative verbs:haat“give”, agbil “come here”, haluma “hurry up”, an3im “favor”. The third is non-action present verbs: scream and equate, whereas the study deals with the concept and function of these verbs. In the Third Chapter, the study brings to light the grammatical states or inflective verb i.e. (i'raab) and non-inflective verb. This chapter includes three sections; the first section deals with inflective regular verb explaining the states of Accusative, Nominative and Jussive. The second section discusses inflective weak verb (al-fi3l al-mu3tall) and the five verbs with their grammatical cases of nominative, accusative and jussive as well as change or modification occur to them. The third section focuses on inflective verb detailing its grammatical cases or i'raab in the past, present and imperative tenses. In order to make it clear, the study points out to many Qur’anic and poetical grammatical citations. Finally, the fourth chapter is concerned with the applied study adopting the theoretical descriptive methodology through citation of the particular and relevant rules of the verb that applied on the verbs existing in the part three of the Holy Qur’an.Accordingly, the study come up with some results,as: Arabic language always concerns with semantic valence through the division of verbs into past present and imperative . Elso only (leisa) and (dam) of verb kana and its sister were cited in this part of Holy Quran. Then recommendations and bibliographies.
