Abstract: This research mainly focuses on developing the air cooler based on evaporative cooling to improve its 1Tefficiency1T and reduce the 1TInitial 1Tand operation costs by using local materials instead of the Aspen tree pads and by depending on renewable energy resources . Experiments were accomplished and it result in the 1TPossibility1T of using pads of fibers because of its suitable Specifications and the low production cost. The results of the experimental tests of using pads of fibers were 22% increasing in the efficiency and reducing cost by 64% when compared with Aspen tree pads.
