Abstract: The study tries to answer the following questions: • What is the effect of unqualified leaders on the project management and how this leads to the failure of the projects? • To what extent the lack of resources is considered the main reason that delays project execution? • Does management by reaction system influence in these projects? What its effect in the project managements? • What is the effect of the environmental factors on these projects? The research utilizes the descriptive -analytical methodology to analyze the primarily and secondary data. The research reveals the following results: • The administrative leaders in these projects are inefficient. • The external environmental factors play a vital role in the execution of these projects. • Lack of good feasibility studies is the main factor in the failure of these three projects. • The objectives of these projects aren’t well determined. • High administration of mother enterpriser plays a vital role in execution of project. • There is no accurate estimation of time and resources that are needed in these projects. • Modern styles of planning aren’t used in some of these projects. • Projects managers failed to control these projects scopes. • Planning in some of these projects is done in one stage instead of two. • Lack of organizational alternatives. • Management by reaction influences these projects execution. • Concentration and emphasis in these three projects are only given to the technical aspects. • Previous experiences are ignored in these projects. • Projects’ stakeholders are not considered in these projects. The study recommended the following: -Project management should be given to well qualified people. -High administration of the mother enterprise is required to give continuous support and consultancies to these projects. -Systems Approach should be adopted in these projects management. -Feasibility studies should he done firstly. -Projects’ stakeholders should be given more considerations. -Modern styles in project planning should be used. -Project planning should be done in two stages. -Searching of organizational alternatives is required in these projects. -Effective controlling system is required in these projects
