Abstract: The main objective of the study was to estimate the extent of acquiring Professional competencies by basic education school administrators from teachers' perspective in Khartoum North Locality . For that purpose the descriptive / analytic methodology was used . The study population consisted of public basic school teachers at Khartoum North numbering 045 . Out the study population a random sample including 891 teachers was selected . The questionnaire was used as a main tool for data analysis , the statistical package for Social sciences program SPSS was used. The following result have been subsequently reached : The sample members agree on that basic education school administrators are in possession of personal professional competencies at high estimation . Except For supporting social environment culture which Found to be at average level – Planning competencies proved to be high except for implementing school plans which was at average level , In view of the resents being reached , It is recommended: training courses heed to be conducted to Introduce teachers to the techniques of Implementing Successful school plans.
