Title: Design and Implementation of a Multi–user Pump Switch

Abstract: One water pump for many residents can be extremely difficult to manage in terms of power consumption and switching. The objective of this thesis is to define, design and implement a solution for multi user switch driving a shared pump in case of multi electrical supply sources. The design and implementation are based on the use of a microcontroller, in addition to wireless switches and relays. A hardware prototype was build and tested on a real environment. The test has proved that the design was successfully with correct changeover between users.
