Abstract: This study tries to investigate the efficiency of Token reinforcement on relieving the symptoms of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder among pupils of learning difficulties in basic schools in Khartoum locality. Experimental method was applied to achieve the objective of the study. Stratified random sampling method was applied to select a sample of (27) pupils with learning difficulties (15 male - 12 female). Whereas, the tools of data collection comprise the following; Learning Difficulties Scale, Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Scale, Man Drawing Scale for intelligence, Reinforcement lists and Rating Scale for learning difficulties. The data was analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) applying the following tests: T-test, one way analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Multi analysis of variance (MANOVA). The most important results of the study are: Token reinforcement statistically significant in relieving the symptoms of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder among pupils of learning difficulties in basic schools in Khartoum locality P.value(001) There is no statistical significant difference in the efficiency of relieving the symptoms of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder among pupils in Khartoum locality according to gender (male, female) P. value(568.). There is no significant interaction between class level of the students and the level attention deficit-hyperactivity disorders on the total score of relieving symptoms of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder in basic schools in Khartoum locality P.(609.)The researcher has suggested some recommendations and further stuies,the most important of which is to use Token reinforcement program to decrase attention deficit and hyperactivity for Learning difficulties pupils.
