Abstract: call admission control is considered as one of the most important subjects in B-ISDN Networks traffic management. And that applying the traditional methodology to judge Accepting or rejecting the incoming call request is difficult to apply. A Neural Network technique is introduced. In this project a neural network model is presented to control the call admission. In call admission control two techniques are used, a traditional one (complete sharing) and neural network.(multiple layer preceptron). A C++ program is used to explain the performance of the network. As a result of the program output it was found that the neural network is capable to improve the performance of the network such as quality of service, minimizing the blocking probability and utilization.
