dc.description.abstract Energy Balance Models (EBMs) are one of the oldest and most well-known types of atmospheric science models. This paper presents a simple mathematical model for EBMs. It begins with general idea about climate change reasons and types of climate model. Then, it presents EBMs in more details by discussing how radiation comes to the earth and either earth consider as black body. That is meaning the input energy is equal to the output energy because overall energy level of Earth is not changing. This model called zero-dimensional EBMs. Also it discusses onedimensional EBMs which in it the surface temperature latitudinally resolved. It states and analyzes the model to find properties of the system. Finally, numerical solution of onedimensional model is shown en_US
