Abstract: This study aims at searching for the trends of the teachers of English Language towards using the educational technologies in secondary schools in Khartoum state and the impact of that upon the students learning. The sample of study is secondary schools teacher and directors of English language in Khartoum state .and the tool of collection data is questionnaire ,in addition the interview for directors of the English language. The researchers has noticed the decline of the standard of the students at English language, though the lack of attention of using education technology in teaching English language and the negative trends of English language teachers might be one of the reasons of decline
