For the association of the accessibility of ICT with some of socioeconomic characteristics for households and individuals ,the Chi square test showed that a significant association existed between the household’s mode of living , income, size and the ownership of TV, receiver, computer, usage of computer, access to internet. Moreover, as for individuals the analysis showed that there was a significant association between the ICT accessibility and individual’s sex , age and education. The research recommends improvement of the infrastructure, mainly electricity supply and investments should be directed towards further spread of communication services such as telephone service and the internet with the help of companies, regulators and government in rural areas. As the results showed the weakness of using the computer and internet ,the research recommends the raising of awareness of training on using internet and computer, through increasing its dose in curricula at different educational levels.
