Abstract: Livestock play an important roles for production of food and represent great socioeconomic and cultural values in various communities in Africa. Sudan have large population of cattle, sheep, goats and camels about 29.618.000, 39.296.000, 30.649.000 and 4.715.000 heads, respectively (MOARFR, 2013). Increase human population, increased urbanization and higher purchasing power in the urban economy have generated greater demand for animal products such as meat products and milk products (Bongaart et al., 1998 and Delgado et al., 1999).
