Abstract: Protein is most important nutrient for growth and production, the highest quality of protein sources is found in animal products, eggs one of the best sources of protein for human consumption, eggs are rich sources of high quality protein, lipids, vitamins and minerals, in dietary protein appears to be effect in food intake, and growth. Chickens eggs are most supply all essential amino acids for humans and provide several vitamins and minerals including retinal, chlorine, iron, phosphorus and potassium. (FAO 2004).Quality of eggs affected by the level of nutrition e.g. ca level affect in egg shell .An egg is one of the most complete and versatile foods available, its has available role in providing a healthy diet for all and especially bodybuilders. Protein is the importance in the muscle-building process, without protein, muscle will simply not grow
