Title: Effect of Sodium Nitrate and Urea on Protein Solubility and Methane Production and Volatile Fatty acid
Author: Elmnan, Balgees Abu- Elgasim Atta
Abstract: Agriculture produces 10-12% of total global anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions, contributing 50% of all anthropogenic methane (CH4) (Smith et al., (2007). Among agriculture sector ruminant animals are a major source of total anthropogenic emissions producing an estimated 80 million tons of CH4 annually accounting for 33% of anthropogenic emissions of CH4 (Beauchemin et al., 2008).
