Abstract: The degree: Master of Education in Educational Psychology This study aimed to explore the opinions of managers and teachers of the comprehensive education schools about the role of resources room in the blind students rehabilitation at Sana'a Capital Secretariat The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method. the study population was represented in the comprehensive education schools at Sana'a Capital Secretariat of 19 schools. The sample contained all the study population which was 418 managers and teachers. The researcher designed a special questionnaire for this study. The data of the study has been processed according to the statistical package for Social Sciences (SPSS), by using the arithmetic mean, and the standard deviation, the Cronbach's Alpha, the " Scheffe" test, the values of Mann- Whitney of variances, Analysis of variances ( ANOVA ) and the Spearman correlation coefficient for ranking, and Pearson's linearity correlation coefficient. The study came out with many findings, the most important are: The views of the managers and teachers of the comprehensive education schools at capital Sanaa towards the resources room role in rehabilitation of the blind students were positive. There is correlative significant relationship between the resources room theme, and rehabilitation services theme of the blind students among the managers and teachers of the comprehensive education schools of Sana'a Capital Secretariat . There are no significant statistical differences at the level (0.05) between the study sample average trends about the resources room in rehabilitation of blinds students at Sana'a Capital Secretariat according to the gender variable, the years of experience, academic qualifications, kind of school, and the training courses. There are statistical significant differences at the level (0.05) between the study sample average trends about the resources room role in rehabilitation of blind students at Sana'a Capital Secretariat, in rehabilitation services theme according to the job position career center variable. A number of recommendations were given by the researcher, the most important are: The expansion in using more resources rooms at the ministry of education schools is necessary to provide the rehabilitations, therapeutic, and educational services for the students with special needs.
