Abstract: Mycetoma is a chronic, specific, granulomatous, progressive, destructive inflammatory disease that involves the subcutaneous tissues and spreads to the skin and deeper structures, leading to massive destruction, deformity, disability, and possibly death. The authors present a case of tongue mycetoma in a 60-year-old man.
