Abstract: The study aimed at verifying the effectiveness of a suggested psychological counseling programme for reducing some behavioral disorders among primary school pupils, namely: aggressiveness, obstinacy, destruction of property, in Al-Hafouf town in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A sample consisting of 25 pupils was selected from all those pupils with high behavioral degrees numbering 7645 pupils, and who were distributed over 50 primary schools, and who scored high degrees at the behavioral disorders scale-162 degrees and more. The pupils ranging between 9-12 years old. The sample was selected using the simple random method. To verify the effectiveness of the programme, the quasi- experimental method based on one group (pre and post) was used, whereas the programme consisting of 24 counseling sessions was implemented. The sessions wholly aimed at reducing the accouters of disorders concerning: aggression, anger, obstinacy, and destruction using the group counseling technique. The behavioral disorders scale was also used (Prepared by the researcher) to measure the effectiveness of the counseling programme in reducing such behavioral disorders. Having applied the counseling programme, the following objective results have been reached: apparent reduction in all sections of the scale being used in the study in favuor of post measurement, There are statistically significant differences in favuor of post measurement in variables of the study according to which hypotheses were formulated, namely: Instructional level in favuor of high level, class in favuor of high class, and the favuor of school location as for bedwin and urban in favuor of urban schools. In view of the results being reached, the researcher recommends: Urging workers in the domain of student counseling to design clinical programmes for reducing the acuteness of behavioral disorders(aggressiveness, anger, obstinacy, and destruction) in all educational levels, and particularly in the primary stage, beside intensifying the training courses and workshops for all those responsible for student counseling as to how to deal with behavioral disorders, and seek methods of treatment and solutions from those who have experience and expertise
