Abstract: The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between Parents Acceptance and Social intelligence among gifted Students with learning difficulties at Basic Learning stage Khartoum Provincee , the sample consisted from 25 gifted students with learning difficulties The researcher used a descriptive method to collect the data. The tools of data collection fom Basic learning stage Khartoum during the academic year 2014-2015, The following tests had been used: the social intelligence scale and parents acceptance scale.; The data manipulated by the computer applying the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Pearson Correlation Coefficient, T- test and one way analysis of variance had been used. after The most important results of the study there is statistical significant differences between social intelligence and 2 parents acceptance and there is no significant differences between social intelligence and parents acceptance attribute to the level of learning to the parents., The researcher suggested some recommendation to develop social intelligence among students, through training parents to the new strategies to develope multiple intelligences in general and social intelligence programme in particular from pre- school stage.
