Abstract: This research aims at knowing the disagreement on Arabised word in ancient Arabic dictionaries, in order to know the opinions of scholars on the Arabised word and to balance between these opinions. Italso aimed to identify the Arabised word and its role indeveloping the linguistic wealth. As it also aimed to show the reasons that led to introducing non-Arabic to Arabic language and the criteria by which the Arabised word could be distinguished from the original one. In addition, it aimed to explain linguists' methodologies concerning accepting the foreign word and transforming it into a word that looks like Arabic word structure. This research adopts the historical descriptive analytical methodology, because it suits the nature of this study. The research deals with describing the Arabised words in Arabic dictionaries and books of the Arabised words. This represents a stage in the stages of collecting Arabic language and linguistically analyzing it, using what the scholars had said in Arabic dictionaries and balancing these sayings and describing the scholars' methodologies. The researcher collected the data for this research from ancient Arabic dictionaries and the different books of the Arabised words. The researcher came out with a number of findings, the most important are: There is need for language borrowing and its role inenriching Arabic language and widening the range of expression in Arabic language.Knowing the methods of Arabised word and grouping some letters in one word. What is foreign is what came into Arabic language from other languages but not intentionally for the purpose of change or attaching to what is Arabic. Neighboring is one cause of word shift from one language to another, this because linguists hadrejected to adopt the languageof neighboring tribes of non-Arab nations. Based on the findings, the researcher set a number of recommendations, the most important are:Paying attention to the origins of the Arabic words and the Arabised words and foreign words because of its role in serving Arabic language.
