dc.description.abstract Nanotechnology is a modern field of research dealing with synthesis, strategy and manipulation controlling of particle’s structure ranging from approximately 1 to 100 nm in size. Nanotechnology making an impact in all spheres of human life and it was a quick growing. Nanobiotechnology represents an economic alternative for chemical and physical methods of nanoparticles formation. Metallic nanoparticles are being utilized in every phase of science along with engineering including medical fields and are still charming the scientists to explore new dimensions for their respective worth which is generally attributed to their corresponding small sizes. Among several noble metal nanoparticles, gold nanoparticles have attained a special focus. Gold nanoparticles are synthesized by chemical method using chemicals as reducing agents which later on become accountable for various biological risks due to their general toxicity; engendering the serious concern to develop environment friendly processes. Thus, to solve the objective; biological approaches are coming up to fill the void; for instance green syntheses using biological molecules derived from plant sources in the form of extracts exhibiting superiority over chemical and/or biological methods. These plant based biological molecules undergo highly controlled assembly for making them suitable for the metal nanoparticle syntheses. It has many advantages such as, ease with which the process can be scaled up, economic viability, cost-effective procedures for producing reproducible, stable and biocompatible AuNPs. We presented a developed technique which is a novel; quick, cost effective and environmental 8 friendly for the synthesized noble metal gold nanoparticles with different shapes using mix Olea Europaea fruit extract and Acacia Nilotica extract. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by UV-visible spectroscopic Zetasizer, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) equipped with Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). These synthesized green nanoparticles are used as cancer agent, and more preferably are used with photothermal therapy in treatment of Ehrlich Ascites carcinoma cells, which showed excellent anticancer activity. en_US
