Abstract: This study takes aim sight in identifying Ibn Khaldoun’s learning regulations and learning transporting sciences, because of the significance oftransporting sciences in Muslims worldly life and his other life, for each transporting science originates from the Kitab “The Holy Quran” and AlSunna, as individual Muslims should know their Islamic duties and obligation commanded by Allah and demonstrate them correctly along with the importance of transporting sciences in setting the desired Islamic state curriculums, and the purpose of benefiting from the learning heritage put by Islamic scientists in the previous centuries as Ibn Khaldoun and use it as a cresset to lighten up our present. The study was based on basic sources relevant to the subject of study, in addition to secondary references like recently printed books about Ibn Khaldoun, education, learning, psychology and Islamic studies, as well as electronic websites. In this study the researcher adopted the analytical descriptive methodology, finding it most appropriate. Through the used methodology, based on objectives of the study and the research problems faced exemplified in learning and educational difficulties in our contemporary era especially in transporting sciences. The researcher concluded a number of findings, the most important of which: is that Ibn Khaldoun’s Muqaddimah “Introduction” is considered as the longed for Islamic State curriculum. Ibn Khaldoun took interest in education and learning as the basic structure in building the desired Islamic State, Ibn Khaldoun focused in transporting sciences and clarified its importance for each Muslim, as the research concluded the comparative studies in teaching transporting sciences conducted by Ibn Khaldoun in various geographical locations, Ibn Khaldoun also added a lot of beneficial opinions in the process of education and learning specifically in transporting sciences. The research has reached different recommendations the most significant being the necessity of conducting more research and studies about Ibn Khaldoun and his writings as it contains a huge number of merits and value particularly in the field of transporting sciences, the significance in reconsidering the educational approaches especially those that neglected transporting sciences for its minor and major benefits. As well as imposing educational and learning regulations and rules left by Ibn Khaldoun under research and study to benefit from it in modern learning methods.
