Abstract: This study aims at evaluating Arabic Grammar and the methods of its teaching in the seventh grade of basic education, in order to identify strength and weakness points, and then design a sophisticated educational unit for teaching Arabic grammar, using the smart board, hence applying it and measure its impact on the achievement of seventh grade students. The researcher adopted the descriptive and experimental methods. Two samples were selected; the first sample consisted of 50 male and female teachers from Khartoum State teachers, selected randomly. The second sample included 104 female students from the 7th grade of Ahmed Bashir Alabbadi basic School, selected intentionally, due to the existence of smart boards in this school. For data collection, a questionnaire, pre, and post-achieving test were used. Treatments and statistical analysis were conducted using Chi square, and T test have been applied using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study came to a number of findings, the most important of which are: There Web clear weakness in the academic achievement of 7th grade students of Arabic grammar from the prospective of Khartoum State teachers. Therefore, a sophisticated educational unit for teaching Arabic grammar was designed. The experimental study demonstrated that there are statistically significant differences (0.05) in the academic achievement, according to Bloom taxonomy and its six levels in the post experimental test between the experimental group and control group, in favor of the experimental group. In light of these findings, the researcher recommended that it is necessary to insert electronic techniques in teaching Arabic grammar, and apply this sophisticated unit in many other basic schools.
