Title: Environmental Changes at Tegali region and their effect on Wildlife.(In Arabic)

Abstract: The paper indicated the history of wildlife protection at Southern Kordofan and that surveys at Tegali region pointed to the presence of wild animals in the region. One of the biggest rural council at the eastern part, Rashad had witnessed exploiting tree for timber and extensive mechanized farming and inflow of nomads from Sudan and outside it. Also animal poaching was extensively experienced while they move from south to north and back during rainy and dry seasons respectively. The paper listed the new species of wildlife that existed in different places, lea, karnade and leari) and recommend that poaching should be banned and that some places should be declared as areas of wild life.
