Abstract
The study has tackled the subject of Managerial Leadership from an Islamic vision of sharia conduct; the study has depended on the context of Holy Koran, Sunna and practices of the late prophet companions. At the same time the study has dealt with managerial leadership in secular theories with a comparative analysis of the legal and secular behavior of the managerial leadership across five chapters. First Chapter: Contains a general introduction about leadership behavior from a managerial stand point and its link with human behavior, in general, and then narrowing the conception to managerial leadership, clarifying its importance, objectives, obstacles and based on concrete data. In this context, the study has utilized objective analysis Method Correlated with the problems that have confronted the research. Second Chapter: This chapter tackles Managerial Leadership from a conception point of view and the secular principles from three aspects firstly, the importance of Managerial leadership, and the extent of its need in managing an establishment or state, and finally at the family level, in general. The Second section of the research discuses Theories of management from three entries: features, external influence and finally their amalgamation. Besides, it tackles management definition and relationship of the definition with the target, intention and type of leadership/ leadership himself nature of leadership and leadership in its human and practical managerial society; and the third aspect of the research discusses tools of managerial leadership. Third Chapter : This chapter discusses Managerial leadership in Islam, bearing the essence, principles and method in three research sections. The first discusses the legality of managerial leadership in Islam from a Koranic context, and sacred prophet verses, practices and achievements of the prophet (saw) and his Allah's guided Khalifas and honorable Islamic ancestors, and from these realities the second section of the research shows the tools relevant to which, the managerial leadership will be successful, in general, to pave the way for the third section of the research that explains the self perquisites in relation for aspects of leadership that considered as necessary pertinences for the individual to whom the role of leadership is assigned. The Fourth Chapter: In this chapter the study has carried out comparison between the second and third chapter regarding principles of leadership relevant to secular behavior and ideas of managerial leadership pertaining to Islamic management behavioral conduct in four sections of the research, first of which has been. The Behavioral Vision, the second the Applicable vision and then comes the third section of the research that tackled the role of managerial leadership, its efficacy and development, hoping. The fourth section that tackles managerial leadership in Islam as a behavioral and moral value connected with human creed and belief in Allah longing for His blessing in all aspects of his behavior, in the word of the leading. The deeds on earth are nothing but a means for attaining eternal life in the wherein he will be awarded. In contrast to secular ideas that depend on earthly award irrespective of its sort. The fifth Chapter : This chapter emphasizes the outcome results of the fourth Chapter these tackling of chosen patterns in old time paced periods in which it composed Islamic0 behavior secular behavior and that has been clear when evaluating performance of managerial leadership in those periods, in the aftermath, the study has clarified the findings from and put forward its general recommendations which hapless with contribute in to promotion of concepts of leadership with me content of Islamic Sharia
