Abstract
This thesis talks the general feature or characteristic of the job
satisfaction for the Khartoum university administrative officials and to reveal
if there are any differences in the job satisfaction level among such
administrative officials according to experience age gender academic
qualification and job scale
The study sample included(65)form the administrative officials of the uof k.
the method adopted in the study is the descriptive one .data were collected
by means of job satisfaction measurement designed by anwor Hamza
shaloul for analyzing the results number of statistical methods were applied
such as t –test person correlation coefficient and spearman correlation
coeffient.
Most important Results:
1- The satisfaction between the officials is found statistically negative with
regard to the dimensions of salary financial incentives professional
growth and job progress. they are statistically satisfied with the
dimension of the relationship with workers the itself job security and
stability direct management and supervision
2- There is a statistical negative relation between the job satisfaction and the
job grads as to the two damnations of the job it self and the job security
and stability. No indicative relation is found between the job grads and
the others dimension.
3- there is no statistical indicative relation between the academic
qualification and the job satisfaction as to the dimension of the job, the
salary and the find of incentive, the job security and instability the direct
management a supervisor profit ional grouse and job progress, but
statistical negative relation is found between the job satisfaction and
academic qualification as to the dimension of the relation with workers.
4- There is no statistically indicative relation between the job satisfaction
and the experience as to the relation with workers, the salary and
finance incentive direct management the supervision job security and
instability, provisional grouse and job progress. But statically negative
relation is found between the job satisfaction on experience as to the
two dimension of the job itself and job security and stability.
5- There are stoical deference between the administrator official which is
strutted inferable of the age in the dimension of the job security and
stability.
6- There is no statistical deference between the administrative officers
attributed to the inferable of gender.
