Abstract
This work is to detect residual antibiotics in marketable poultry meat and slaughter houses of the Khartoum State. Total of 160 samples for kidney, muscles and livers tissue were collected randomly from the market and slaughter houses. The inhibition activity was detected by microbiological methods using Bacillus subtilis as the test organism. Positive percentages were 24.63% for kidney 11.47% for muscles and 10% livers.
