Abstract

Peace is indeed an objective and a fruit of the methods, good values, oriented policies, friendly ties and mutual respects among the society members with each others. The term of peace was defined linguistically and terminologically as well as clarifying its concepts. Moreover, the term of community was clarified according to the significances, definition, importance, community types, concept of change, society problems, decadence concept, degeneration and its causes, as well as how to explain and analyze the deviant behavior, theories and significance of social adjustment. The research explores the Quranic method in guiding humanity [principles of guiding the human beings]. The rights of creator and it’s commitment to the rights of the humanity. The researcher explains the factors that help in self restructuring and correctness of behavior by following the accurate bases of perfect education. The research discusses the social peace threats which are represented in misunderstanding religion and believes. It also discusses the factors of deviation from jurisprudence and its impact on human life and attitude. In addition to the excess practice or negligence in worshiping performance and its negative impact on the community and human’s soul. The research includes agreements breaking, satisfying self desires, dangers of sinful deeds on religion and human community. It also discusses concept of agreements and conventions breaking, it’s causes, the impact of satisfying desires, Satan tricks against human, significance of the factors leading to the degeneration of moral values and family system destruction.. The social system is destroyed by the loss of justice value through committing injustice, social hypocrisy and the spread of corruption, abandoning the avocation for goodness and the call against evil deeds, violation human rights as living in dignity and peace, racial discrimination, and declaration of wrong doing. The researcher explains the impact of some methods of Holy Quran in forming the human soul and preservation of - 7 - social peace through some methods of restructuring the self by faith and education, it includes also a variety of methods such as advocating for goodness and calling against wrong doings, promising good rewards, suspense, promising punishment and terrorization, and telling stories. Such methods cause a positive effect on human soul and social peace. The researcher also treats the factors of unification and adjustment of Muslim character and social satisfaction. He explores the methods of regaining balance and social reformation. Then the Sharia punishment and its impact on preventing society and realizing social peace. And he shows the human being’s need to disciplinary laws and the importance of applying the Islamic legislation [Sharia] The researcher investigates the Quranic methods in tackling conflicts and crises. He treats the preventive measures for activating the factors of social construction by justice, brotherhood, cooperation, mercy equality and the activation of factors of trust building by telling the truth, shora and transparency. As well as the activating self disciplinary by obeying Islamic teaching, confession when committing mistake, wisdom, easiness in dealing with others, procedural measures for reconciliation and it’s impact on security and social peace.
