Malignant lymphomas are neoplastic transformations of normal lymphoid cells which reside predominantly in lymphoid tissues. They are morphologically subdivided into two major categories: non- Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and Hodgkin's disease/Hodgkin's lymphoma (HD).
