Abstract
The grammatical issues pertaining to Albukhari\\\\\\\'s Sahih” is an academic, methodological and descriptive study that tackles through the research and academic debate some of the usages and grammatical patterns included in some versions of “Albukhari\\\\\\\'s Sahih” which are apparently contrary to the rules set by the grammarians. The study concluded that most of the usages and grammatical patterns found in the “Sahih of Albukhari” which were prohibited by many grammarians and tolerated only as a metric exigence appeared now to be correct and eloquent. The study is divided into chapters and themes, and the research is composed of the introduction and five chapters followed by the conclusion and the references of the research. The first chapter holds the title of “Hadiths of the prophet taken as a basis for argumentation related to grammar and language”. It contained two themes. The second chapter discussed the autobiography of AlBukhari as well as his collection of Hadiths (Sahih) for their role in the study. This autobiography was reviewed under two themes: the first theme portrayed the general course of Albukhari\\\\\\\'s life, starting from his birth, up-bringing and his morality and conduct. It concluded by mentioning the end of his productive life in 256 H. The second theme pointed out the efforts and the struggle of Albukhari in the field of knowledge starting from the primary stage of learning the hadiths in his home town of Bukhara, till his journey to different Islamic regions for the sake of knowledge, during which he met with a lot of scholars from whom he learnt or those who learnt from him among the scholars or disciples. This theme contained a brief statement on the learning talent of Albukhari and his amazing ability to learn by heart followed by a briefing on his jurisprudence and doctrine. Then, the knowledgeable status of AlBukhari was based on the testimonies of the scholars of his lifetime among his disciples or sheikhs who plainly recognized his favor and vanguard spirit. Al-Bukhari\\\\\\\'s books were cited especially: “Algami Alsahih” hadith collection which was introduced with a brief presentation. In the third, fourth and fifth chapter of the research grammar issues dealing with some versions of Sahih Al-Bukhari are mentioned. These issues were classified into three grammar sections: The prepositions, the verbs and the nouns. The Third chapter tackled the grammatical issues in Bukhari\\\\\\\'s Hadiths with regard to the prepositions section. It contained two themes, the first of which discussed the issues related to the “Jar” prepositions while the second theme raised the issues connected with the two conditional verbs “Ama” and “lao”. The fourth chapter studied the grammatical issues in Al-Bukhari\\\\\\\'s Sahih under the verbs section. This chapter comprised five themes, the first of which undertook the study of the issues of “kana wa abkawatiha” section. The second theme was dedicated to the study of the issue of the verbs of proximity and beginning. The third one tackled the issues of “Inna wa akhawatiha” section. The fourth theme carried out the study of some issues mentioned in the verb declination. A fifth theme was added for the study of issues related to the grammatical rules pertaining to the two verbs of praise and blame “Nima” and “bi\\\\\\\'ssa”. The fifth chapter discussed the grammatical issues drawn from Bukhari\\\\\\\'s hadiths which are contained in the nouns section. This chapter is divided into two themes of study, of which the first one included the study of issues related to the declinable nouns section divided into “marfowa”, “mansouba” and “majrowa”. The second theme was dedicated to the study of grammatical issues which are to be added to the section of undeclinable nouns
