Abstract
The term organization is considered one of the fundamentals for management of Media organization; it supplies a frame for the Media to place duties and specializations in a fixed frames and specific sections that is in order to avoid dualism and conflict in work specialization. Strategic management and strategic performance are the most advanced alternatives and solutions to correct discrepancies in Media organizations and others. Strategic management is the best model for management as it offers future visions and plans that achieve the targets of a certain organization in a specific field. This research, studies and analysis the role of strategic management in developing media organizations in Sudan in two directions the one that deals with general theory , and the other deals with the applied one on Sudan Broad Cast and T.V. Strategic thinking and management have become the dominant in our contemporary world . As the operational management alone, is no longer sufficient for attaining the goals and grand targets of different organizations. When dealing with an integrated national media organization, such as Sudan organization of Radio and T.V., that is the targeted subject for application, it requires receiving more importance. This includes adding more systems and articles that are essential and relates to the subject of the study. Thus, the first chapter deals with the theoretical part of the research concept, including identification of the strategic management and the importance of its elements. The second chapter covers the management of contemporary Media corporations, regarding description, analysis and evaluation. The third chapter deals with the role of applying strategic management in developing the Sudan organization for Radio and T.V. including the research results and recommendations. Since the issues of such research is inter-relating and extending through historical and contemporary time, so the integrated system is the reliable one, for it offers big spaces, , and allows dealing with the research in the way that covers all its issues. The most distinctive about this research is that, it deals with a new field of research that is in two ways, which are; the way of specialized strategic management, and the way of Media organizations by applying on the Sudan organization for Radio and T.V. as the subject of the study and evaluation
