Abstract

Imitation in language means a person follows another person in his sayings, deeds, believing in the existence of reality, without much of contemplation, evidence/proof, as if the saying as well as deeds of the Imitator taken as a chain in the neck. In addition, imitation defines as taken the creed of the other without acknowledging of proof. In sharia law the imitation has taken the following meanings: Imitation is what included the opposing of what Allah's has revealed with the intention neglect ion e.g. the imitation of fathers, leaders and masters. And what Muslims followed without realization, consciousness, and verification to thesis and their followers and taken from them. Also we find the meaning of imitation such as submission mandating, and blind obedience. The prohibition of the absolute imitation was mentioned in many Quranic verses i.e. the blind imitation to the people of the book Jews and Christians. The Quran has prohibited us not to imitate these people, in saying, act / deed, attribute of any worship or habit, unless it Islamized as the prophetic sunnah has shown. The prohibition - of imitation is also has demonstrated by the prophetic Sunnah prohibits the imitation which the Islamic religion never legalize nor accept, in addition to the prohibition of what it has no base. In spite of this Islam never prevent Muslims to have benefit from the scientific progress of human beings which have which have dominated the world as well as the scientific empirical progress which people benefit from them, so Islam call upon us to take it. What this research has shown that we have taken from these modern civilizations the irreverent entities from all sorts of life and we put back or neglect the most beneficial, relevant and constructed, the one which our religion call upon to cling with our neglect ion to technology, manufacturing, sociology and management make us store place to the trivialities of western modern civilizations the materialistic modern western civilization following it.
