Abstract

The research aims through this study to highlights the role of the organization of the United Nations to keep international peace and security, to identify the extend of success of realization the international peace and security and reflecting on international community, and the way to reach the organization to play its Full role in achieving international peace and security , and the way of preventing negative impact resulted from culminating supper powers of the United Nations. The study uses critic, descriptive , historical and analytical method in research methodology due to study the role of the Organization of the United Nations in realization of the international peace and security to observe this issue and necessary of Incoming all sides related to, and the development that accompanied , and the way of dealing with it. The study Finding are: the right of the (Veto) Pose as an obstacle that faces the Organization in realizing its goals concerning international peace and security, instance, in case of the UN’s desire against of the supper power’s it clos not enable to implement its decision, and this make the organization in the hand of power states due to domination. The study concluded with several recommendations among which: the research recommends the need For the UN’s commitment of the UN’s charter when performing its duty towards the problems faces, so that it can play its full role
