Abstract
This study aims at investigation the general feature of job satisfaction among the teachers of special education in Khartoum state and it correlation with the methods that principals follow in managing schools. It also aims at knowing the differences in job satisfaction according to marital status, age, and experience. The sample of the study includes (١١٠) subjects of both sexes; (٢٩) males and (٨١) females, working in special education schools centers and institutes in Khartoum. Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire and types of management are used in this study. Statistical Analysis ١- Sign test. ٢- Mann - Whitney. ٣- Kurskal whallis Test. Results: ١- The teachers of special education are significantly satisfied. ٢- There is a significant statistical correlation between job satisfaction and types of administration. ٣- There is no significant statistical difference in job satisfaction according to sex. ٤- There is no significant statistical difference in job satisfaction according to marital status ٥- There is no significant statistical difference in job satisfaction according to age. ٦- There is no significant statistical difference in job satisfaction according to experience. At the end of this study, the researcher presented some recommendation and some suggestion for future studies as well. Reference book and resources are attached.
