Abstract

It is study which presents its problem in the following question: Do you think the administrative control achieved the purposes which applied for? Hypothesis where set as following: Control is an integrated process gives the best results and training in the area of control leads to the positive support of workers The controlling process and scientific and humanitarian supervision and follow-up lead to positive results Also hypothesis include that when there is no adhere to the scientific principles of selection process and the recruitment beside the traditional process of promotion would lead to many problems in the organizational structure and cause functional losses the modern technology helps in the performance of business, in spite of workers objection to it. The study applies a case study on the workers of the External Information Council Chapter one sheds light on definition of general administration through its functions theories with a wide area of control process in terms of concept, methods and species Chapter two reflects the civil service and development of administrative control authorities in the Sudan, whereas chapter three discusses the administrative control between process and application The study reached to the following group of results: importance of quality and quantity of training, clear lackness of administrative control process through its regularities and methods beside there were no following of organizational orders in the council and no real supervision and coordination. The study concludes by the following recommendations - To pay attention on planning and participation of labors in preparation of theses plans - To speed up of approving a new working regulation - To establish a separate unit of control and modernization regulations and methods of control - To affirm of existence processes of superintendent and communication as they are now -To fetch up new system of promotion - To pay attention on training in quality and quantity beside enlightenment of labors by regulation of civil services - Activation and completion of work linked by modern techniques
