Abstract

The research contains the international relations in Islam and the levels of analysis. It also handled the international relations in Islam because the general vision of researchers in what concerns the relation between Islam and others is built upon the concept of “land of Islam”, which is in the position of continuous war on both spiritual and moral levels, with the rest of the world. The “land of war” should enter into Islam through the sacred war “Jihad”. Therefore, the study aimed at solving this problem. It also searched for discovering the field where the international Relation of Muslims is run, regarding the Islamic vision to the universe and the atmosphere of the international dealing and the analytical level. The research depended on the historical method, as well as the descriptive-analytical-valued method which is based upon presenting the Quranic words and phrases that show clearly the history of the Muslim relation with the non- Muslim and to what extent it could be developed. Then the research analyzed and kept what is attached with its subject, from which is composed the field of Muslims’ international relations. The research is based the primary and secondary information available from Quran and Sunna, the books of the history of Islam and the modern studies to solve the problem. The study resulted in that the relation of Muslims with the international family is controlled by rules of the limited human fraternity. Muslims are calling to their religion just by convince and debating. The study reached also to that the Islamic vision to the nature of the universe is that “Alla” had created the universe and made it under the control of human so as to build it. The atmosphere of the international dealing is an atmosphere of conflict and gathering. At the level of analysis data at the international level, the study reached to the existence of other influence data with the state , such as individuals. And society The relation between the state and the individuals is integrated, and working in harmony and accordance
