Abstract
This study intends to identify motors insurance to investigate the claims and premiums and the rate of its growth and also to make comparison between the rate of growth of premiums and claims. To words this end, the study leads us to answer the question: is insurance premiums rate price counted statistically in order to cover the majority of claims? Also this study attempts to state the economic impacts by determining motors branch contribution to the total of national income. Also the study intends to show the traffic accidents directions by investigating their growth rate thereby to see the causes of these accidents like: drunkenness, movement violations and their consequences like: the sort of injury, vast injury, simple or damage. The study uses descriptive and analytical methodology. The results consequences:- Movement violations are main causes of traffic accidents. Pedestrians are the most expected to be affected by traffic accidents. The growth rate of compound annual of claims is 468% compared with the compound growth rate of claims 66.5%. This reflects the inconsistent motor’s insurance prices. Traffic accidents claims are the most effective for the total of claims. The contribution of motors branch in national income is about 0.201% and this is a high rate compared with the contribution of all branches of insurance 0.387%
