Abstract

This study is dealing with the league crisis and the initiatives for reform and development which has completed to emerge the league from this crises and that's for the importance of the Arab league as a regional organization aiming at the unity of Arabs. The study presented a theorical frame work explaining the concept of International organization and the regional , international organization beside that it talked the establishment and the history of the Arab league and discussed the charter of the Arab league the frame and the budget, the distinguishes and immunities of the Arab league also the study talked the subject achievements which achieved by the league and the relation of the Arab league with the United Nations . The study discussed the justifications of reforming the Arab league that's through the speech about the Arabic organization the problems which stopped me Arabic joints work , knowing the reason of shortage in the charter of the league comparing this charter with the protocol of Aleskandra , because it consider as a center of the Arab league also the study mentioned the subject of reforming the Arab league through a amendment of the charter and initiatives which completed to reform the developing of the Arab league the research outcomes of many results the important of which the weakness of political determination between the Arabic countries beside that there is a shortage in the charter due to these results the study presented many recommendations in this field from which the strength the political determination for the Arabic countries beside a amendment of the charter
