Abstract

This research includes five chapters and sixteen sections. In each chapter there are sections. The sum of the search as follows: the introduction which includes the importance of the topic and why it is chosen, the aim of the study, the previous studies, the difficulties that face the researcher ,limitation of the study, the method used ,and th outline of the research . . Chapter one defines the reformation from linguistics point of view and idiomatically. There are also some verses from the Koran that talks about the information and its importance . And there is what Elbukhari mentions about the importance of the reformation . He wrote a book about this and he also mentions the model of it and the perfect society. Then the study talks about the reformation Circles; they are: individuals circle who is responsible of the legal rules, the family as the initial base of the society, the neighbor who has the greatest importance, the circle of the relatives that the man is responsiple about and this appears in the Koran in Soraht Elnissaa ie "women" . There is the circle of the society with all its classes, including the social reformation types, the political reformation, the military, and the spiritual reformation. There are also reformation tools, they are a lot, from which are :prayer, the companion of the learned, making great efforts among the youths, tracing the obvious sins and making for their limitation, the prefect model, sending to the authorities so as to carry out their duties, spreading the Islamic culture through cassettes, encouraging the Savan to write books and pamphlet ,participating in mass media and tele-communications, break of acquaintance with bad people, and praise to be given to those who deals with reformation. The study also includes the ideology and the importance of the reformation ,and from dealing with the reality in history and the Islamic consciousness , and the political ideology . The study assures that the reformation can be fulfilled by studying the reality and by tracing the history to know if there is completion of consciousness, ideology, and selective reformation . In chapter two the study show the concept of the ideal society in Islam and the definition of the society whether the society is national like the Arabic society ,or society of patriotism as in Swiss, or ideological society as the Islamic society which is ideal an showing the fact and aims of Islam . In chapter three there appear the legislations that accompanying EL hudibiyah in worship and the explanation of EL hudibiyah treaty and conditions, and that it's appearance is full of problems for the Muslims but there between the lines is the pity and victory , and the obeying of the prophet peace be up on him and that if we obey him there appears a lot of benefits of which is the fulfillment of( Iman) ie ( faithfulness) ,the guidance, entrance to the paradise, forgiving sins, explaining the rule of (Omrah) ie (pilgrim) an restriction, as there up on them are a lot of achievements such as paying, bearing the difficulties, departing for worship, explaining the rule of ( fear prayer) so as to worship Allah in time of ease as well as in time of difficulty, and to know the legislative rules in time of ease and in time of difficulty Chapter four talks about the Legislations that accompanying ELhudibiyah treatment; this for ensuring the (Shura) ie (consultation) and to spread it even in dark times at ease or difficulty, in laziness or in activeness. And there is the explanation of the characteristics of the people to be of Shura and their competency, . There is also the agreement and the evidence for this, and those who are stable in the agreement will go to paradise; there is also explanation of the fulfillment of promise and treaty and charity and this the model that the Islam encourages ,and those who do not fulfill them will go to hell , and in the Islamic history there we find a lot of fulfillment of promises. Chapter five shows the results that took place due to the treaty of EL hudibiyah (in Muslim society). This appears in the freedom of argumentation and this because its universal ,and for he happiness of humanity, it appears in the messages sent to kings and rulers to explain the Islam and how it's right and that it comes to reform them firstly and then the public under them ,and to solve the crisis of the feeble who are pride and dogmatic and to admit the peace principle for all humans , to pick them from the claws of the idolaters and the tyrant, All these for the reformation of the Islamic societ y In the conclusion there appears the content of the research . we ask Allah to make it in good image.
