Abstract
This research tackled the Self-Efficacy and its relationship with occupational stress among teachers with special needs. The research used the descriptive correlated method. The population comprised special needs teachers in Khartoum State. The sample consisted of (200) special needs teachers selected by using stratified random sampling method. The research tools comprised primary information form and Self- Efficacy and occupational stress among teachers with special needs scales. The collected data was analyzed statistically by the following tests: Alpha chronbac formula, Berson's correlation coefficient, T-test for one sample, Manwitny test and Spearman–Brown's correlation coefficient. The research come to the following conclusion: There was significant statistical increase on self-Efficacy among teachers with special needs. There was negative significant relationship between self- Efficacy and occupational stress among teachers with special needs. There was significant relationship between self-Efficacy and age among teachers with special needs. There was significant relationship between self-Efficacy and experience years among teachers with special needs. There was no significant relationship between self-Efficacy and scientific qualification among teachers with special needs.There were no significant statistical differences between male and female on Self-Efficacy among teachers with special needs. There were no significant statistical differences between married and unmarried on Self-Efficacy among teachers with special needs
