Abstract

All praise is due to Allah and Allah speace and Blessing be upon his final messenger . The aim of this study is to shed light and focus on the role of the Holy Quran and how this perfect and glorified Book seriously leads the human being from stray to guidance way . The Holy Quran tackling various aspect of human life affairs through the features of capability and validity that because the Holy Quran includes the characteristics of universal legality and perfection . There fore the Holy Quran tacking the issue of informational freedom with absolute transparency . The research includes introduction and four chapter : introduction : I explain in the introduction the difficulties that appear in the course of the research also . I mention and explain to the importance of the research the hypothesis of the research restriction of the research. The previous studies the methodology of the research and topic of study . Chapter one : Definition of information freedom and informational – freedom this chapter includes four topics : concept of information concept of freedom concept of informational freedom and historical back ground for the informational freedom theory . Chapter two : The concept of freedom in the Holy Quran which includes two topics : The concept of individual freedom in the Holy Quran and the concept of general freedom in the Holy Quran . Chapter three : The Quranic restrictions includes three topics : First topic\\\\\\\\The Quranic restrictions in freedom of selection for the responsible of the media . Second topic\\\\\\\\The Quranic restriction in freedom of collection for the information massage Third topic\\\\\\\\ The Quranic restriction in freedom of directing the informational message . Chapter four : Allowing and forbidding the freedom of information in the Holy Quran includes four topic: First topic\\\\\\\\ protecting individual and families from misused of freedom of information its disadvantages . Second topic\\\\\\\\ The Quranic instruction and guidance to tackle and deal with the governmental issue through the freedom of information . Third topic\\\\\\\\ The Quranic instruction in releasing the freedom of information . Four topic\\\\\\\\ The Quranic instruction and guidance in capturing the freedom of information . Conclusion : I come across the findings and the out comes of the research provide a list of rules for the freedom of information list of criteria for the responsible of media according to the Quranic instruction and list of references
