مدينــــة الدمـــــــــــــازين - دراسـة في جغرافية المدن

Abstract

يمثل هذا البحث أحد الدراسات العلمية في مجال جغرافية المدن. يتناول نشأة وتطور مدينة الدمازين بوالية النيل األزرق ذات األبعاد اإلدارية و االقتصادية و االجتماعية والسياسية. هدفت الدراسة إلى ً التعرف على نشأة المدينة وتطورها التاريخي سكانيا ، و استعراض الخصائص الجغرافية المؤثرة ً وعم ارنيا على نشأة وتطور المدينة. و إبراز التركيب العمراني الداخلي وتحديد وظيفة المدينة. كما تهدف إلى التعرف على مدى تطابق تخطيط المدينة مع النظريات العلمية في مجال جغرافية المدن ، وتحديد مشكالت النسيج العمراني من خالل خريطة استخدام األرض بالمدينة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على عدة مناهج علمية تالئم طبيعة الدراسة، منها المنهج التاريخي، المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باإلضافة الى األسلوب اإلحصائي الكمي. تم جمع البيانات من خالل الدراسة الميدانية بالمالحظة ، واالستبيان و المقابالت الشخصية. تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة من األسر التي تسكن بمنطقة الدراسة، وتمثل مجتمع مستقر ومتجانس، و متشابه في خصائصه االجتماعية واألنشطة االقتصادية، وقد بلغ مجموع األسر بمنطقة الدراسة يبلغ حوالي483.20 أسرة، موزعين على ثالثة قطاعات. الشمالي ويضم 313.10 أسرة، ، األوسط ويضم 187.4 أسرة والقطاع الجنوبي ويضم حوالي 983.5 أسرة وبلغ حجم العينة 500 أسرة تمثل 2 %من حجم مجتمع الدراسة وتم تحليل البيانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة االحصائية للعلوم االجتماعية )SPSS ) وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها؛ الخطة العامة للمدينة تتفق مع التخطيط الطولي )الشريطي(. تأثر التخطيط العمراني ٌصر اتجاه النمو في اتجاه الشمال. كان توزيع نسب استخدامات األرض للمدينة بموقعها وموضعها وح من جملة مساحة مدينة الدمازين 55 %للسكني 4.5 %للتجارية 5.2 %للصناعي 9.2 %و ألغراض الحكم واإلدارة، 6.4 %لالستخدام العسكرية 8.4 %للخدمات التعليمية 7.2 %الصحية 2.2 %لخدمة المياه 5.4 %لخدمة الكهرباء 8.1 %لمواقف النقل والمواصالت 4.2 %للخدامات الثقافية والرياضية واالجتماعية 2.1 %للمقابر وبلغت نسبة األراضي الفضاء 10 %من جملة مساحة المدينة. كما توصلت الدراسة لعدد من التوصيات أهمها:إزالة جميع التشوهات العمرانية. نقل قيادة الفرقة الرابعة مشاة لخارج المدينة. تطوير الخدمات التعليمية، الصحية، و شبكات المياه والكهرباء. و الحد من ظاهر ة الهجرة الوافدة ه إلى المدينة عن طريق تركيز التنمية وتشجيع االستثمار في الريف وتوفير جميع المتطلبات األساسية والخدمات. Abstract و Title: Eldamzeen town: Study In Urban Geography . Name of student: Alaalim Mohammed Aalim. Degree: Master of Arts in Geography. The current thesis represents one of the scientific studies in the field of urban geography. It tackles the development and evolution of Eldamzeen town in the Blue Nile State with its administrative, economic and social dimensions. The study aims at identifying the evolution of the town as well as its historical development at the demographic and architecture level, reviewing the geographical characteristics which affect the development and evolution of the town, exposing the internal architectural infrastructure and determining the function of the town. It, furthermore, sets out to identify the degree of correspondence between the town planning and the scientific theories in the field of urban geography and determine the problems of architecture via land use map. The study has adopted many methods which suit its nature some of which are the historical method, the descriptive analytic method and the quantitative statistic style. The data has been collected by observation based on the field study. The study has achieved results of which the most important are the following: The general plan of the town corresponds with the linear planning .The architecture planning is affected by its location and the development direction is confined to the north. The distribution of the land use percentages with reference to the total area of the town is (55%) for the population, (5.4%) for commerce, (2.5%) for industry, (2.9&) for administration and governmental purposes, (4.6%) for military uses, (4.8%) for educational services, (2.7%) for health services, (2.2%) for water supply services, (4.5%) for electricity services, (1.8%) for transport parking areas. (2.4%) for sport, social and cultural services and finally (1.2%) for cemeteries. The unused land amounts to (10%) of the total area of the town. The study has achieved numerous recommendations of which the most important are: removing all the architectural deformations, transferring the fourth infantry headquarters to the outskirts of the town, developing the health and educational services, water and electricity services and controlling the influx of migration by encouraging development and investment in the rural areas as well as providing all the basic services and requirements
