مدي توظيف نتائـــــج البحث العلمي التربوي لخدمة قضايا التعليم العام في ولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

استهدفت الدراسة مدي توظيف نتائج البحث العلمي التربوي في خدمة قضايا التعليم العام بولاية الخرطوم . فيما يختص بمحتوي بالبحث فقد تكون من خمسة فصول ، الاول الاطار العام للدراسة اشتمل الفصل الثاني علي الدراسة النظرية والدراسات السابقة واحتوي الفصل علي اجراءات الدراسة ، واختص الفصل الرابع بعرض البيانات وتحليلها ومناقشتها وبنسبة للفصل الخامس فقد شمل ملخصاً لاهم النتائج والتوصيات. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي تمثل في الدراسة الميدانية وبنسبة لمجتمع الدراسة فقد تكون من (100) من الاداريين بالولاية وعلي مستوي المحليات سبعة اما بنسبة للعينة فقد تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية وبلغ عدد افرادها (20) عشرون من الادارين واستخدمت الاساليب الاحصائية الملائمة لطبيعة الدراسة ولذلك من خلال البرامج الاحصائي Spss لمعادلة اسبير مان . اما فيما يتعلق باهم نتائج الدراسة فجاءت علي النحو التالي : 1. يوفر البحث العلمي بعض المعلومات لاتخاذ القرار 2. يتم تحديد اهداف التعليم العام عن طريق البحث العلمي 3. تمثل نتائج البحث مصدر للمعلومات في عمليات تغيير المناهج 4. يمكن الاستفادة في نتائج البحوث عند انشاء مؤسسات تعليمية جديدة 5. يتم تغيير المناهج حسب حاجة المجتمع وفقا لنتائج البحوث 6. تؤثر النظم الحاكمة البلاد في وضع المناهج 7. اكثر مناهج البحث البحث العلمي التربوي توفيرا للمعلومات في ميدان التربية هي: أ‌. منهج البحث التاريخي ب‌. منهج البحث المسحي 8. العوامل التي تعوق اجراء البحوث او استخدام نتائجها في خدمة قضايا التعليم العام هي ‌أ. قلة الدعم المالي ‌ب. ندرة القوي المدربة علي اجراء لبحوث ‌ج. وجود بعض القيود والمحددات السياسية صعوبة ترجمة نتائج البحوث لبرامج واقعية المخترحات: تدريب وتأهيل وتدريب المعلمين علي كيفية كتابة البحوث العلمية التربوية وكيفية اسيخدام ادوات قياسة المختلفة (التحليل للاحصائي) للحصول علي نتائج دقيقة تنال الثقة من الاداريين متخذي القرار في العملية التربوية. Abstract: This study aimed at knowing the extent of using the findings of scientific research in education, in the service of the problem of general education, in Khartoum state. The research is composed of five chapters. Chapter one handled the general framework of the study. Chapter two contained the theoretical framework and the previous studies. Chapter three dealt with the procedures for conducting the study. Chapter four reviewed the analysed and discussed the data. Chapter five contained the findings and the recommendations. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach which was represented by the field study. The research community was formed of a number of ١٠٠ of the education administrators in Khartoum state and its seven localities. A sample was randomly selected out of this number. The sample represented ٢٠ administrators. Then this was followed by the use of the suitable statistical methods, to the nature of the study, through the statistical packages for social science (Spss); together with spearman’s correlation the findings:- a. Scientific research offers some information which are needed for decision–making. b. The objectives of general education are determined through scientific and academic research. c. The research findings represent a source of information in the syllabuses changes. d. The findings of the research could be made use of, when establishing new educational institutions. e. Syllabuses are changed according to the needs of society, according to the results of the research. f. The ruling system in the country affects setting syllabuses. g. Of the most useful scientific research syllabuses Which provide information, are the historical approach and the survey studies. h. The factors which constrain the conducting the research, or the utilization of their results, in the service of the general education issues, are. i. The reargue financial support ii. The scarcity of the well- trained cadres for conducting research. iii. The existence of some political restraints and limitations, iv. The difficulty of the application of the findings of the research, in realistic programmes.
