Abstract
The purpose of this study is the knowledge of the degree of satisfaction of staff
in the Ministry of Investment and the rate of its effect on their performance ,
this satisfaction that leads to their perfection and improvement of their
performance.: and this is through the study of the functional satisfaction factors
, in order to know the work environment , building of workers capabilities and
the applied system of incentive and its effectiveness in encouraging the worker
to increase output in order to promote this performance.
The study followed the descriptive analytical methodology derived from the
case study which was carried out on a number of staff working in the ministry
and higher administration. The study is composed three chapters: the first
chapter dealt with the prevailing concepts about functional satisfaction and its
measurement by review of ideas and points of view of thinkers and scholars in
management and its theories. In the second topic The study also deals with the
motivations and incentive,. As for the second chapter included three topics
Sudanese experiment through laws and regulation related to the service in the
first topic, The second topic about the case study (Ministry of Investment ) its
origin , development , the internal environment of the Ministry and the
organizational and functional structure, the third topic deals with wager and
evaluation of staff performance.
The third chapter about discussion and analysis of data that was collected
through questionnaire and personal interviews, discussion items of law and
regulation of service related to this study, and it contained data and the results
and recommendations , some of the most important results :
1. Dissatisfaction with the salary received
2. Dissatisfaction with the material and moral incentives system.
3. Dissatisfaction with the social service offered to the staff.
