Abstract
Critical and diverse set of food-safety problems arises during disasters such as floods, droughts, and earthquakes. Due to them, food supplies are destroyed or seriously contaminated. This study was done in five refugee camps in Kassala State; Algurba, Alshgrab, Halva 26, Wad Shrifi and Abuda, to assess food safety aspects of mass feeding and supplementary feeding units.
